(Gourmet Dinner – Choice of Entree – Slow Roasted Prime Rib, Fresh Salmon, Herb-Infused Chicken or Stuffed Four Cheese “Grandioli” Pasta and a Glass of Champagne.) – all meals include soup tasting, salad, garlic bread, garlic mashed potatoes*, fresh vegetables and a surprise dessert. Unforseen conditions may occur such as weather, mechanical, road construction, traffic or missing passengers, which may delay your approximate Pick-Up or Return time. We do not recommend that you schedule any other activities (dinner, show, flights, etc) on the same day as your tour. Sweetours is not responsible for any missed activities.

Please read tour highlights and consider any special needs a passenger might have. Many tours require some or much walking and have limited wheel chair access. Although Sweetours can accommodate most special needs, it may be required that the passenger be able to enter and exit the vehicle without assistance. Discuss your special needs with the agent when making your reservation.

Since the National Parks are hours away from Las Vegas, it is impossible for Sweetours to predict the upcoming weather. If we know that it may be unsafe to travel, we will cancel the trip and you will receive a full refund. If you are able to see the scheduled National Park tour for a limited time and bad weather rolls in, you are welcome to take another trip (of the same scheduled tour) with us at no extra cost. This offer is good for two years from the day of the original trip. No Refunds.

If you wish to cancel the trip, please contact us or your agent 24 hours in advance, otherwise your deposit may be forfeited. You should ask your agent for more information; Sweetours does not have the possession of that deposit.

Our vehicles range from 4 to 57 passengers. Sweetours reserves the right to use any of our vehicles for the tours depending on the size and of the group or availability. Any special needs must be reported at the scheduling of the reservation.

When Diesel prices in Las Vegas reaches $4.00 per gallon, Sweetours will impose a $3.00 fuel surcharge per passenger.
